Welcome to Kodic LLC. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Who We Are
Kodic LLC is a technology solutions company offering services including SaaS Development, Cloud Solutions, UI/UX Design, and custom software development.
2. Payments & Billing
All projects require 50% advance payment before initiation.
The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before deployment on the client’s domain, server, or app store (depending on the project).
Payments are non-transferable and must be made through approved channels.
3. Revisions & Project Scope
Each project includes a set number of revisions as mentioned in the agreed plan or proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Any change requests after project approval will be treated as new work and billed accordingly.
4. Communication & Response Time
Our support and project management team strives to reply as quickly as possible.
However, responses may take up to 3–4 business days, depending on the number of active projects and workload.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the stage of the project:
If no work has started → 100% refund.
If initial setup/first revision/hosting has been provided → only 25% refund will be issued.
Once development reaches deployment or final stages → no refunds will be processed.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Final project files, source code, or designs will be handed over only after full payment is cleared.
Kodic LLC retains ownership of any unpaid work.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Client data, business details, and project files are kept confidential.
We do not share personal or business information with third parties unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kodic LLC is not responsible for any indirect damages, data loss, or downtime resulting from third-party platforms, hosting services, or app stores.
Clients are responsible for keeping backups and maintaining their own security practices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA
